1. Have your pet's full records sent to us — before your first visit

    Ask your current veterinarian to email your pet's complete veterinary records to pets@selahvet.com. The records need to come from the clinic itself and must include the doctor's full notes and exam details.

    Please note: vaccine charts and invoice lists on their own aren't enough — we need the complete doctor's notes. We can't see your pet until the full records have been received and reviewed, so it's worth requesting them a few days ahead.

  2. Complete the new client form

    Every new client fills out a short form — just bring the completed copy with you to your first visit.

    In the meantime, call (509) 697-6111 or email pets@selahvet.com and we'll make sure you have everything you need before you arrive.

  3. Walk in — no appointment needed

    Once your records are in, just come by during doctor hours: Monday–Wednesday and Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (closed for lunch 1–2 PM), or Thursday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. Patients are seen first come, first served, so if your pet is ill, come early in the day.
